4.3. Delivery times may vary depending on type of shipping chosen, shipping providers, locations, shipping logistics and more. We typically pack and ship orders twice weekly. Book orders will typically be picked, packed and shipped within 3 business days from your order being placed. If you have special shipping needs please add this information in your order.

5.2 Refunds and returns will generally not be accepted or processed for poor choice, change of mind, unwanted goods, misplaced orders or misunderstandings. Please double check all information is correct before placing orders and making payments.

5.3 Items which may be damaged in transit and shipping process, be faulty or possess notable manufacturing defects may be eligible for replacement or refund. Please take several clear photos of any damaged items and the damaged packaging immediately if you wish to lodge a claim, and send to sales@sirbrucesmall.com.au with the subject “Refund/Replace Request” immediately upon receiving your item/s. Please add any additional information such as your order number, details of the item and any circumstantial or evidential information.
